Q: Can I visit you to see the jewellery?
A: No, sorry, this is an online only shop. I no longer keep my jewellery out on display to ensure they stay pristine for as long as possible.
Q: Can you make a bespoke cord or chain for me to go with my pendant?
A: No, sorry. I used to do this, but everyone wanted this and it took me away from my love of actually creating the pieces, so I no longer offer this. But it's very easy to find cords and chains to buy in many places.
Q: What types of jewellery do you make?
A: I most often make pendants and necklaces in a range of lengths. And I might very occasionally make bracelets and earrings.
Q: The wiring of my pendant came loose - can you fix it?
A: I will fix it for you within the first twelve months of purchase for a nominal fee of £10 per fix (including delivery from me to you, but you need to pay to send it to me for fixing). Most of the time, I get requests for this because someone has worn the pendant while exercising or playing with their kids, etc. I advise you don't wear your pendants and necklaces during these times as they are wired with no glue (this is because I create them with the intention of having them used for the transmission of their energy for healing, etc).
Q: What are future plans for this shop?
A: I really just love to work with crystals! If I become a big "seller" I essentially have to work on marketing and shop upkeep, and move away from actually being a healer. So, my plan is to keep it small, neat, manageable, and contained, but that can be a bit hard to do as most eCommerce hosting plans assume you are striving towards a massive profit and are therefore expensive, and cheaper plans for small shops tend to look unprofessional with not as many features. One of the things I may consider is monthly Crystal Healer Memberships to include a box sent to your address every month with a piece of jewellery and/or crystal, with information about how to work with that stone, and one or two other small treats. If the idea of this appeals, please do let me know.
